SO Names Provincial Team

Today, Snowboard Ontario announced the members of the 2013-2014 Provincial Team. Snowboard Ontario is dedicated to providing these athletes with an Integrated Support Team (IST) made up of sport professionals in the areas of nutrition, mental preparation and fitness to support all-around high performance training and development. 
"Through funding provided from the Ministry of Tourism Culture and Sport, we are fortunate to be able to offer our Provincial Team Athletes with IST," said Executive Director Janet Richter, "This is an essential component in continuing their path to the National Team."  

"I am very excited to be part of the Snowboard Ontario Provincial Team," said team member Jennifer Hawkrigg, from Toronto, "It is an honor to be asked and will provide me with support at this important stage of my snowboard career" 


In addition to Jennifer, the athletes named to the 2014 Snowboard Ontario Provincial Team are:

Athletes were selected using approved Snowboard Ontario provincial team selection criteria. Supported by Snowboard Ontario, these Provincial Team athletes will continue to train with their coaches at
